At Eclipse Designs, every piece is made to order specifically for you. Rather than carrying finished inventory, we create each design individually using carefully selected materials and exceptional craftsmanship.

Before production begins, we carefully confirm every detail to ensure your piece is created exactly to your specifications.

 

Returns

 

Because every piece is made to order, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

If you have any questions about your design, materials, sizing, or gemstone selection, we encourage you to contact us before placing your order. We're here to help ensure you feel confident in your purchase.

 

Manufacturing Guarantee

 

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. If your jewellery arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. We will inspect the piece and, where appropriate, repair or replace it at no cost.

This guarantee does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Accidental damage or misuse

• Loss or theft

• Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, alterations, or resizing

 

Order Changes

If you need to update your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes before production begins. Once production has started, modifications may no longer be possible.
